We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Field Team Supervisor to oversee and drive the success of a remote team focused on store visits and event promotions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire performance, ensure operational excellence, and manage team activities remotely with minimal travel.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels at using digital tools to monitor and enhance team productivity. This person will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of in-store activities, event promotions, and data collection, all while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. 

Location: Must be local to the Orlando OR Fort Lauderdale Florida area. (Primarily remote work - travel to Fort Lauderdale office as needed).

Requirements: 
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Business Administration preferred but not required.

Fluent in English - bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Efficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and Smartphone utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage field representatives by providing robust training, efficient scheduling, and constructive performance evaluations to ensure smooth and effective execution of tasks.

2. Data Collection Management: Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data collection efforts, ensuring all activities align with client objectives and maintain strict data integrity.

3. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to create impactful strategies that elevate product visibility, sales and fuel market share expansion.

4. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce standards to ensure high data quality while adhering to guidelines and brand expectations.

5. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze collected data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights for refining approaches.

6. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for client interactions, delivering regular updates on field performance and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

7. Problem Solving: Anticipate, identify, and address challenges faced by the field team, fostering a proactive and solutions-focused environment to maintain operational excellence.

8. Continuous Innovation: Stay informed about emerging industry trends and implement cutting-edge practices to optimize field operations and achieve project objectives.

$39,000 - $49,000 Yearly Salary
