Marco MKT is looking for a dynamic and driven Community Specialist to represent a leading global technology brand! In this role, you’ll be the face of the brand in multiple partner retail locations, building excitement, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring brand standards are met at every point of sale. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. Your typical schedule will run from Wednesday through Sunday, but flexibility is required based on business needs. To best support your assigned community, you must live within 15 miles of the designated job location and have reliable personal transportation.
Location:
San Juan, PR (Working in various locations throughout the Island)
Requirements:
· Driver's License.
· Independent and Reliable Transportation.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish.
· Background Check required if selected for role.
· Must have experience in direct sales or solution-based selling.
· Must have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or retail role.
· Must have experience in wireless sales/promotion.
Additional Qualifications:
· Management experience.
· Strong passion for technology and eagerness to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to educate, inspire, and influence both customers and retail partners.
· Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting training in store locations, dedicated promoter activities and sales execution 2-3 days each week.
· Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with both customers and retail partners.
· Drive product awareness and sales by providing engaging demonstrations and expert product knowledge.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and help customers understand how the technology can enrich their lives.
· Collaborate with partner stores to maintain product displays, merchandising elements, and brand standards.
· Conduct in-store training sessions for retail staff to ensure they are well-versed in product features and benefits.
· Share timely feedback and insights from store visits with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.
· Proactively identify opportunities to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
· Ensure the proper care and maintenance of brand fixtures and product displays, escalating any issues for swift resolution.
Compensation:
· $18/hour base pay + monthly car allowance + monthly bonus based on performance.
