What will your duties be?💯
1. Retailer Relationship Management
Maintain and grow strong relationships with retail partners across Mexico.
Act as the main point of contact between Amazon and retail stakeholders.
2. Marketing Activity Oversight
Coordinate and manage both online and offline marketing campaigns with retail partners.
Ensure timely and effective execution of planned brand activities in stores and digital channels.
Oversee the execution of negotiated in store spaces
Oversee brand presentation in store and Online
3. Retailer Marketing Collaboration
Establish and nurture relationships with retailer marketing teams to align brand strategies and co-marketing efforts.
Propose collaborative marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and conversion.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze the impact and ROI of executed marketing activities.
Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, execution, and outcomes.
5. Budget Management
Monitor and manage Amazon’s marketing investments with retailers, ensuring activities stay within budget.
Recommend optimizations to improve cost efficiency and maximize returns.
6. Execution Monitoring
Verify that planned marketing activities are executed properly by retailers, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
Conduct periodic checks, audits, and reporting on activity implementation.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage data and insights to guide marketing strategies and retail activation plans.
Recommend improvements based on performance metrics, shopper behavior, and in-store insights.
8. Brand Growth Enablement
Drive initiatives that strengthen Amazon’s presence within retail environments.
Support programs that enhance visibility, positioning, and customer experience at the point of sale.
What is the profile we are looking for? 🧐
Key Account Manager experience in retailers such as: Palacio de Hierro, Coppell, Elektra, Chedraui and/or Mixup. Experienc working with distributors and/or wholesalers. The role will report to Seattle, which will require candidate to be fully bilingual. Knowledge of Go to Market and supply chain process. CPFR (Collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment) process understanding. Ability to negotiate marketing tactics directly with retailer key account managers for planogram space, marketing activities, additional in store space.

Base salary $75,000 gross per month
Quarterly bonus $30,000
