Internal Process for Management and Publishing

The Talent team will be in charge of managing and boosting content from our InfluXpers:

Submission: The Talent team will receive content sent via WhatsApp and/or email.
Review and Approval: An internal review will ensure the content follows best practices, matches the brand tone, and does not contain confidential information.
Editing (if applicable): Talent may make minor edits (cuts, music, text) when necessary to optimize content for our platforms—always prioritizing authenticity.
Scheduling and Publishing:

  • Collaboration (Co-Post): For Instagram Reels and TikTok, if the content is high-quality and strategic, the InfluXper will be invited to post in collaboration with the official Talent Marco MKT account. This maximizes reach by showing the content on both feeds.

  • Repost: For other platforms or if collaboration isn't possible, Talent Marco MKT will repost the original content from the InfluXper, always giving credit to the creator.

  • Direct Publishing: If the content is submitted via WhatsApp or email, it will be published directly to our platforms, tagging and mentioning the InfluXper.

Monitoring: The Talent team will track performance for recognition purposes.
