• Content Quality: Qualitative evaluation by the Talent team (originality, brand alignment, creativity, and adherence to best practices).

🚀 InfluXPER Rankings (Career Recognition):
As your participation and content impact grow, you’ll move up through our InfluXPER rankings, unlocking more benefits and opportunities:

• InfluXPER Amateur: Starting level.

• InfluXPER Pro: Earned by consistently surpassing key interaction and quality thresholds.

• InfluXPER Master: Reserved for the most active and impactful collaborators — our top brand ambassadors.

Prizes will be awarded monthly to outstanding InfluXPERs and annually to InfluXPER Masters, based on their level and the impact of their content.

🟢 1. InfluXPER Amateur
Requirements:

• Submit 1–2 pieces of content per month (photos, stories, short videos).

• Content suitable for repost or direct publishing on our social media.

• Follow good practices and align with brand tone.

Monthly Reward:

• Gift cards ranging from $25–$50 USD

• Shout-outs during internal meetings

🟢 2. InfluXPER Pro
Requirements:

• Submit 3–4 pieces of content per month (mix of photos, stories, and at least 1–2 videos or reels).

• High-quality content, with at least one piece suitable for Collab (co-posting) each month.

• Consistently surpass the Reach and Engagement thresholds set by the Talent team.

Monthly Reward:

• Gift cards ranging from $75–$100 USD

• Half a day off

• Access to exclusive professional development workshops

• Featured recognition on Marco MKT’s social media

🟢 3. InfluXPER Master
Requirements:

• Submit 5+ pieces of content per month (complete packages with diverse formats).

• Excellent-quality content, with multiple pieces suitable for Collab (at least 2–3 per month).

• Generate significant Reach and Engagement, exceeding the highest performance thresholds.

• Act as a proactive ambassador, seeking content opportunities and collaborating with fellow InfluXPERs.

Monthly Reward:

• Gift cards ranging from $125–$150 USD

• One full day off

• Participate in strategic content creation with the Marketing team

• Invitation to exclusive company events

Annual Reward (InfluXPER of the Year):

• An incentive trip (within the country)

• A special bonus
