🎯 Marco MKT Referral Program
The Marco MKT Referral Program is designed to incentivize and recognize our employees who actively collaborate in talent acquisition and the expansion of our client network. Through this program, we reward those who help us find qualified candidates and potential clients, thereby promoting a culture of teamwork and shared growth 🚀.
🔍 Here’s the new Referral Classification:

CUPIJOBS 💘 Talent Program Referrals:
This type of referral includes candidates shared by our Marco MKT team in response to GBS Talent calls. This could be to enrich our database or to fill specific vacancies.- 💵 Compensation: If the referred candidate is hired and completes at least one month of work with the company, you will be rewarded with $100 USD (or its equivalent in local currency). This reward will be delivered as a digital gift card 🎁.

Project Referrals:
These are referrals provided directly by business units for their projects, without the direct involvement of the Talent team.- ⚠️ Important Considerations: These referrals will not be subject to the Talent service guarantee. All referrals will be evaluated to ensure they meet the required profile. If the candidate has a deviation of 10% or less from the selection guide, project approval will be requested to proceed. If the deviation exceeds 10%, the candidate’s entry process cannot continue.
🎯 Program Prioritization
- 🔝 Priority: Referrals from the Xper (CupiJobs) team will have priority for incentives, especially if they are associated with the same originating project. The combination of benefits between Marco MKT team referrals and project referrals will not be allowed, unless the candidate has been in the Talent database for more than a month.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Only current Marco MKT employees can participate in the referral plan.
- Referrals must meet the minimum requirements established for the position.
🔄 Referral Process
- Employees must share available vacancies with their contacts and ensure that candidates mention the referral when applying.
- A monthly report will be shared on referral progress to evaluate which business unit has referred the most candidates.
📋 Additional Conditions
- Referrals must start their employment and complete at least one month of work for the referring employee to receive the reward.
- Marco MKT reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral plan at any time, with prior notice to employees.
- Any disputes or discrepancies will be resolved by the TALENT department of Marco MKT.
💰 Reward Approval and Payment
- Rewards will be approved and paid once it is verified that the referral has completed the minimum employment period.
- Payments will be made in the pay period immediately following the completion of that period.
